Terms of Service

1. The service

RI7U4L is a self-service AI web-app builder: you describe a web app, an AI agent builds it, you review and edit it, and publishing puts it live at its own web address. Anyone may create an account, except where RI7U4L is not offered. We develop RI7U4L continuously, so features may change, be unavailable, or be withdrawn. Service levels, support commitments, and customer-specific terms apply only where a separate written agreement states them.

Where RI7U4L is offered. RI7U4L is not currently offered in the European Union, the rest of the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are located there, you may not create an account or buy a plan, credits, or auto-reload. We refuse sign-ups from network addresses we locate there, and payments whose network address, billing address, or card we locate there. If such a payment goes through, we do not apply it: no credits are added, a new subscription is cancelled at once, and the payment is refunded. Accounts created before this restriction are not deleted and can still sign in, but cannot make purchases from those places.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email address; a company may also connect its own single sign-on provider. Every account has a personal workspace, which is on the Free or Pro plan. You may also create companies, invite members, and assign roles. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use RI7U4L.

You must provide accurate information, keep your email account and sign-in method secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Company owners control membership and are responsible for activity in their company.

3. Plans, AI credits, and limits

• Plans. RI7U4L offers Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. A personal workspace can use Free or Pro; Business is for companies; Enterprise is arranged with us directly. Before you pay, the Billing page in Settings shows each plan's current price and what it includes. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly.
• AI credits. Building with the agent, chat, and other AI features use AI credits, measured from the AI model usage of each request: one credit is $0.50 of the model's list price. When a workspace has no credits left, new AI requests are refused until credits are added.
• Monthly credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, shown on the Billing page. An eligible personal workspace on Free receives 5 credits a month; a company created on Free receives none. The allowance is issued each calendar month (UTC), and any unused allowance expires at the end of that month. We may withhold Free credits from a workspace whose email address is disposable or already used by an earlier account, or that was created beyond our sign-up limits.
• Purchased credits. You can buy more credits at any time, on any plan, at 2 credits per US dollar. Purchased credits do not expire, but unused ones are forfeited or refunded as section 5 describes.
• Free plan limits. A workspace on Free may have up to 5 apps, and each app up to 2 open branches. Pro, Business, and Enterprise have no cap on apps or branches. Other limits, such as how many emails an app may send each month, are shown in the app.

4. Payments, renewal, and cancellation

• Processor. Stripe processes all payments to RI7U4L. You enter card details on Stripe's checkout or payment forms, and Stripe holds them; RI7U4L does not store card numbers. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes on your purchases, other than taxes on our income.
• Subscriptions. A first paid plan starts through Stripe Checkout. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period and is charged to the card on file until you cancel. Moving between paid plans takes effect immediately, and Stripe prorates the difference.
• Cancellation. To cancel, switch to Free on the Billing page. The paid plan stays active until the end of the current period and does not renew. You can manage payment details and invoices from the Billing page, which may open Stripe's hosted billing portal. Stripe issues an invoice for each plan payment and for each credit purchase made through Checkout.
• Auto-reload. Auto-reload is off unless you turn it on. If you turn it on, you authorize us to charge your saved card the amount you choose each time the workspace's credit balance falls below the threshold you set. You can change it or turn it off on the Billing page at any time.
• Price changes. We may change prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to an existing subscription.

5. Refunds

Except where the law requires otherwise:

• Payments for plans, credits, and auto-reload are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds, including for unused time on a plan you cancel.
• Credits you have used are non-refundable.
• As a goodwill gesture, we may refund your first purchase if you ask within 14 days of it and have used little of it.
• Unused purchased credits are forfeited if you close your account or workspace, or if we end it because you breached these Terms.
• If we end your access for our convenience, or discontinue RI7U4L, we refund the unused part of your prepaid fees and unused purchased credits, pro rata.
• When a purchase is refunded, the credits it bought are removed from your balance.

6. Your content and AI processing

As between you and us, you own your inputs (the prompts, files, data, and other content you submit) and the outputs RI7U4L generates for you, including your apps' code. We make no warranty that AI output is original, accurate, or free of third-party intellectual property rights. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. When you use AI features, your prompts, instructions, source code, files, screenshots, and generated output may be sent through our AI model gateway to our AI model provider, as the Privacy Policy describes. Members of the workspace that owns an app can download its source code and export its database from the app's settings.

7. Your apps and their users

Apps you publish are served at their own address under ri7u4l.com or at a domain you connect. You are responsible for your apps, their content, and how they collect and use their users' information, including giving those users any notice or terms the law requires. If your app sells to its own customers through Commerce, those payments go through your own Stripe or PayPal account under your agreement with that provider; we are not a party to those sales.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use RI7U4L to violate law or another person's rights; introduce malware; obtain unauthorized access; interfere with the service; bypass security, usage, billing, or tenancy controls; misrepresent your location or billing details to get around where RI7U4L is offered; create multiple accounts to collect Free credits; build or publish apps directed to children; or process data you lack authority to use. You are responsible for reviewing generated code and output before relying on or publishing it.

9. Third-party services

RI7U4L relies on and can connect to third-party services, including identity, hosting, database, email, source-control, payment, and AI providers. Your use of a service you connect may also be governed by that provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10. Confidentiality and security

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other's non-public information and use it only to provide or use the service. No system is completely secure. You must not submit regulated or highly sensitive data, such as health or payment-card data, unless a separate written agreement expressly authorizes it.

11. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using RI7U4L at any time and cancel a paid plan as described in section 4. An app's owners and admins can delete the app from its settings; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. RI7U4L does not yet offer self-service deletion of an account, personal workspace, or company: email tfedorko@stierbuildings.com to close one, and see the Privacy Policy for how deletion requests are handled. We may suspend or end access to protect the service, users, or third parties; to address suspected misuse; or to comply with law.

12. Disclaimers and liability

RI7U4L is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages under these Terms. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or RI7U4L is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100. These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited. A separate written agreement may set a different allocation of liability.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or RI7U4L will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. These Terms contain no arbitration agreement. To the extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a jury trial in such a dispute.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised date, and we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice before a material change takes effect. Questions may be sent to tfedorko@stierbuildings.com.
