How credits and plans work
What is an AI credit?
Credits pay for the agent's work: building, changing and checking your app, plus AI features inside your apps. One credit is $0.50 of model usage at the model provider's list price, and every build shows what it used.
How much does an app take to build?
It depends on what you ask for. A focused first version of a small app usually takes a few credits; bigger apps and many rounds of changes take more. The 25 starter credits are meant to get a new workspace to a first working app.
What happens when I run out?
The agent stops starting new work until you have credits again. Your apps stay up. Buy a top-up on any plan, turn on auto-reload, or wait for your plan's monthly credits.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy never expire. A plan's monthly credits and the starter credits are for their period and do not roll over.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, from Settings › Billing at any time. Upgrades take effect straight away. Switching to Free cancels at the end of your paid period, and your apps stay at their ri7u4l.com addresses.
What happens to my custom domain if I leave Pro?
It keeps serving to the end of the paid period and for 7 days after. Then it shows a "no longer connected" page while your apps stay at their free addresses. Nothing is deleted, and upgrading again reconnects it at once.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are covered by the refund section of our Terms of Service. If something went wrong, write to us.
Where is RI7U4L available?
Anywhere except the European Union and EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where accounts and purchases are not offered. You must be 18 or older to sign up.
